Summary : A mill owner's or manager's house built in the mid 19th century or possibly in 1895 and altered in the 20th century. The two-storey building was constructed of coursed rusticated stone with a stone slate roof. A three-bay and two-storey outshut has been converted to a garage. By 1985 the former mill owner's house was used as a private house. The house is associated with Beckfoot Mill (see HOB UID 944235). Grade II listed.
