Summary : 6-13 Church Drive. A Tudor vernacular style terrace of eight houses designed by Grayson and Ould for William Hesketh Lever in 1905. The houses are of two storeys, constructed of brick, stone, roughcast and tile with tiled roofs. The terrace was bombed in 1941 and was rebuilt in 1947 to a modified form to the designs of James Lomax-Simpson. |
