| Summary : Girls' Social Club designed by James Lomax Simpson for William Hesketh Lever in 1913 and altered in 1925. Now a residents' club and two houses, the building is constructed from roughcast with stone dressings, some brick and timber-framing, and tile roofs. Facing the street corner, the Residents' Club is of two storeys with attic in three bays whilst the houses are of two storeys in three bays. |

It has two storeys and is constructed of brick, timber, stone and roughcast with tiled roofs. The hall occupies a corner block opposite the Lady Lever Art Gallery. Its facade incorporates two massive canted bay windows. It is now a Residents' Club, and two houses. (1-2) |
