A ten house corner block designed by William and Segar Owen, for William Hesketh Lever in 1899.The houses are of a restrained vernacular revival style constructed brick and pebbledash with tile roofs. The unusual appearance of the block results from the architects desire to resolve the dilema to fill ground fronting onto a crescent.
