Summary : Possible site of former monastic grange of Bullington Priory.
More information : SK 948 838. The Grange (NAT) and Grange Lane (NAT). (1)

The site of a monastic grange belonging to Bullington Priory may be marked by the farm called The Grange and Grange Lane leading to it. Bullington was granted the advowson of Ingham church in the mid 13th century, which it held to the Dissolution. Monastic land may account for the very large area of vacant old inclosure of 1769-70 at the end of the village. (2)

There were no remains of the Medieval monastic grange, referred to by the previous authority, visible on the available air photographs. (3)
