More information : Kings Gate, built in 1099-1128 as part of the city defences, still

Terrace wall north of Bow Lane. Possibly part of the Kingsgate
postern of the castle defences, 12th and 17th century. Grade 1.
Terrace wall south of Bow Lane and east of Kingsgate. Possibly part
of the Kingsgate postern of the castle defences. Grade 1. (3)
