Summary :
No 9 The College. Prebendal house, now chorister school. Medieval with 17th and 18th century alterations. Sandstone rubble with ashlar plinth and dressings, rendered in Parker's Roman cement; roof of graduated Lakeleand slate. Gothic revival style. Three storey L-plan. Part of the city wall is probably incorporated.
