More information : (TA 2370 4084) Quadrant tower. This range quadrant tower, situated to the south west of Great Cowden air gunnery range, is a vital part of the control mechanism for the system. The tower is a simple re-inforced concrete structure, which, when visited by the Fortress Studies Group in 1992 during the Holderness Survey, was still in good condition, and was felt to be at little or no risk.
