02-NOV-1920 Position 52 07 30N 001 43 00E. There is some doubt as to whether this is wreck of GRANTLEYHALL.
1921 Remains of wreck - position 52 07 28N 001 43 00E, GRANTLEYHALL.
10-AUG-1961 Drift sweep - clear at 48, foul at 50ft. Least echosounder depth 50 in general depth 81ft.
05-JUL-1972 It seems probable that GRANTLEYHALL lies where HIROSE is charted in position 52 08 17N 001 42 38E.
12-DEC-1984 Examined in 52 07 45N 001 42 27E. Least echosounder depth 15.4 in general depth 24-25m. Scour depth 25.2m. Side scan sonar height 9.5m, length 426ft (130m), approx. Large wreck, lying 040/220 degrees. Too long to be GRANTLEYHALL, possibly GOLCONDA.
