More information : A rapid examination of air photography (1a) shows a possible curvilinear feature, to the north of Beaumont Castle (SP 63 SW 4), visible as a cropmark extending northwards from SP 609341 to
SP 611341. Possibly, it could represent a third bailey of Beaumont Castle, although it may only be a natural feature. (1)
