CHURCH OF ST MUNGO

Late 12th century church with 12th century nave foundations incorporating Roman stones, a 13th century chancel, and a three storey west tower which was possibly formerly a pele of circa 1300. The north aisle was added in 1882. A late 10th century cross previously in the churchyard is now in the church.
