More information : [Area centred: TA 14461749] Neolithic/Early Bronze Age transition, polished celt of dolerite, 5 1/2 in. by 2 1/2 by 1 1/2., and another of hornstone, 4 1/2 in. by 2 1/2 by 1, from surface deposits, about 200 yards north of Killingholme church. In Lincoln Museum. A similar but perforated celt was found by a neighbouring farmer near the same place. (1-4) No information could be obtained from the neighbouring farm. The area indicated is pasture. The two implements first mentioned above are still held by Lincoln Museum, Accession Nos. 4-5.52. (5)
