MONUMENT NO. 76316

DESCRIPTION + /

Pre-conquest cross probably dating from the 10th-11th century. It was moved slightly when road widened circa 1935. It is made of buff sandstone and is 1.3m high and has a tapering circular shaft with a raised band just above half way. Above this 4 faces have been cut which may have traces of carving. The top is broken off. Situated on the parish boundary.
