Summary : Bronze Age bowl barrow surviving as an earthwork.
More information : At SJ 8138 6670 is a probable round barrow found during field investigation. Diameter 26.0m Height 0.7m. It has been spread by the plough. Surveyed at 1/2500 (1) (SJ 8138 6670) Tumulus (NR) (2) SJ 8138 6670. Bowl barrow 450m ENE of Swettenham Hall. Scheduled RSM No 23614. A bowl barrow located on flat land 450m ENE of the Hall. It has a slightly oval earthen mound up to 0.7m high with maximum dimensions of 30m by 29m. (3)
