HYDE VALE CONDUIT HEAD

Conduit head constructed about 1710 situated at the corner of West Grove and Hyde Vale in Greenwich Park. It is hemispherical in plan, measuring 2.4 metres long and 4.2 metres high. It originally gave access to the Hyde Vale conduit.
