Summary : A ring ditch is visible as a cropmark on air photographs. Listed by RCHME as Gussage St Michael 36. Circa 21 metres in diameter, it is situated within (and is earlier than)the multiple linear feature SU 01 NW 91, which runs parallel to and adjacent with the northwest ditch of the Dorset Cursus (Linear 41).
More information : ST 96971253. Ring ditch [probable barrow site]. Diameter 21m approx. Embodied in the line of multiple linear feature [SU 01 NW 91]. Air photos include one [1b] on which the barrow appears as a white blob. (1,2)
