HEPBURN BELL

The earthwork remains of an Iron Age univallate hillfort. It is oval in shape with its perimeter formed by a bank measuring between 4 metres and 9 metres wide, which has been mutilated in parts. The enclosure itself is 77 metres long by 62 metres wide and encloses an area of 0.24ha.
