Summary : Country house constructed circa 1618 on the site of an Augustinian Priory, the north wing incorporates parts of the priory. Extensions were added circa 1672, circa 1830, and in 1858-9. It was also restored when converted into a college, for students of Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey, during the 1960s-1980s. It is a two storey building, H-plan, constructed of ironstone ashlar and stone slate roof. |
