Summary : Number 19 The Cathedral Precincts also known as Prior Sellinge Gate. 14th-15th century gateway, restored during the 19th century. The gateway was added circa 1472-94. Built in flint and ashlar and of two storeys.
More information : No 19 The Cathedral Precincts. (Prior Sellings Gate) Grade I. C15. 2 storeys flint and ashlar. Hipped tiled roof with 2 hipped dormers. Tower of 2 storeys, flint with ashlar quoins. Crenellated parapet. (1) [TR 15165798] Prior's Gateway [NR]. (2) 14th-15th century building restored in 19th century. Gateway added c. 1472-94. (3)
