More information : (SY 92288749) Allhallows Chapel (NR) (Site of) (1) All Hallows (or All Saints) chapel was annexed to St. Martin's Church and stood on the west side of North Street and the corner of Bow Lane. (2) Traces of the probable crypt of Allhallow's chapel are visible in the cellar of No. 19, North Street. The upper part of a small lancet window can be seen in the north wall of the cellar and in the east wall is a small rectangular one-light window. A length of horizontal moulding, 3 metres long, built into the north wall at ceiling level is also visible. The present house (no.19) replaced cottages in the late 19th century. (3) All Hallow's Chapel, Wareham mentioned in 1627 and 1629, but there appears to be no earlier reference. (4-5)
