The remains of a cross at Greenwell Girt. It is a rudely fashioned rectangular socket-stone, the top corners of which are chamfered making the upper surface roughly octagonal. The empty socket hole is rectangular in shape. The socket-stone has been moved from its original position at the edge of the road to a safer site on the grassy bank above the road.
