Roscarrock Manor was originally built in the late 15th or early 16th century with 18th and early 19th century alterations. It contains an extensive and interesting group of buildings of early 16th century date. The main range is faced with bands of granite ashlar and squared rubble. It has a slate hung left hand gable end. There is a small corbelled beehive shaped well-house associated with the main range.
