Summary : Roscarrock Manor was originally built in the late 15th or early 16th century with 18th and early 19th century alterations. It contains an extensive and interesting group of buildings of early 16th century date. The main range is faced with bands of granite ashlar and squared rubble. It has a slate hung left hand gable end. There is a small corbelled beehive shaped well-house associated with the main range.

Roscarrock, Grade II*, is an extensive and interesting group of
buildings of E 16th c origin, refashioned at various dates. It is
roughly quadrangular. The front range was refashioned in the 18th
c. (2)

Roscarrock Manor is as described and is well preserved. A number
of interesting 16th century features are incorporated in the rear
of the house and in buildings including a small corbelled
well-house at SW 98588039. It is beehive shaped with sides 1.9
metres by 1.5 metres, and 1.5 metres high.

Late 15th or early 16th century house, constructed around courtyard. The original development of the plan is uncertain. The quality of the late 15th century roofs is outstanding and a rare survival. Grade I. (5)
