More information : [Area centred SW 3850 2171] 'Tol-Pedn-Penwith, St. Levan, SW 385 217. Considered as a doubtful cliff-castle site. [The writer appears to confuse the two headlands Tol-Pedn-Penwith and Pedn-men-an-mere, the N.G.R. given, applying to the latter site, which, topographically, seems to be the site originally intended.] (1) At neither Tol-Pedn-Penwith nor Pedn-men-an-mere are there any traces of a cliff castle site. The latter would seem to be topographically more suitable, but even that is a poor site. (2) For alleged cliff-castle at Tol-Pedn-Penwith (SW 367218), see SW 32 SE 96. (3)
