ARUNDEL FRIARY

Dominican Friary founded pre -1253 and dissolved in 1538. Formerly thought to have stood on the North side of Maltravers Street, a review of documentary sources, the surviving works and excavations have demonstrated that the buildings known as the Maison Dieu are in fact the south range of the friary.
