MONUMENT NO. 36834

DESCRIPTION + /

The remains of a Bronze Age cairn is visible as a mound on Bossington Hill. The cairn mound measures 12 metres in diameter and stands up to 0.9 metres high. The structure has a central depression which measures 4m by 1.5m and exposes much stone which may indicate it was robbed of stone in antiquity. This is a scheduled monument.
