A series of small turf-covered stoney mounds averaging 3.2m in diameter and 0.3m high are visible on Tarr Ball Hill, Luccombe parish. They are thought to be small stone clearance mounds rather than burial mounds. A number of the mounds may be visible on aerial photographs.
