MONUMENT NO. 35934

DESCRIPTION + /

Two Bronze Age mounds of differing size are located roughly 400 metres to the east of Great Rowbarrow. The larger mound is probably the remains of a ring-cairn or disc-barrow, approximately 15 metres in diameter and 0.2m in height. The smaller mound, circa 25 metres to the south-east, is probably a small cairn roughly 3.5 metres in diameter and 0.2 metres in height. The larger monument is clearly visible on aerial photographs.
