MONUMENT NO. 35896

DESCRIPTION + /

A cairn visible as a turf-covered stony mound 10.8m in diameter and 0.8m high on Culbone Hill. Two stones, possibly the remains of a kerb, protrude from the NW perimeter and the cairn is partly mutilated by robbing. Sheep erosion in the NW has exposed its content of small stones and a concrete tank has been set in the ground level nearby with spoil encroaching on the cairn.
