Summary : Medieval leper hospital founded prior to 1291, dissolved before 1428. Possibly situated at Choseley Farm where inhumations and Medieval pottery have been recovered. The farm buildings have also been constructed from reused stone.
More information : A lazar hospital at Chosely, Norfolk; founded before
1291 and dissolved before 1428. (1)

Nothing now remains, but part of the outbuildings of Choseley
Farm (TF 754 409 on OS 6" 1959) are said to be built on the site
of the hospital. (2)

There is nothing at the farm to indicate the site of the
hospital. (3)

(TF 7545 4090). Human skeletons found under outbuildings of farm, probably connected with leper hospital there pre-1200 to 1535. Thetford type ware including C11-12 storage jar sherd from garden of house. Building apparently Elizabethan incorporating re-used masonry (4)
