Summary : Medieval building, attached to All Saint's church; possibly the priest's house, now a farmhouse.
More information : SK 43723858. Dale Abbey. The house adjoining All
Saints' Church (SK 43 NW 10) at its west end and incorporated
within the church is of medieval, and later, date. It is a
small, two-storey ashlar house of medieval origin, restored in
the 19th century. The importance of the building is largely
historical as part of the church. Grade 1. (1). The building was a
priest's house (1) and was once a village inn. (2)
Church of All Saints and Verger's Farmhouse. Parish church and
attached farmhouse. Late 12th, 14th and 15th century, 1634 and mid-19th century. Grade 1. (3)
