(NZ 7720 0129) "a" Stony cairn, probably undisturbed, 28ft diameter
E-W, 30ft diam N-S, four feet high. Surmounted by moder cairn.
(NZ 7729 0132) "b" Mainly earth and small stones. Kerb, approximate
diameter 37ft, visible at SW. Tumulus 44ft to 48ft diameter;
undisturbed.
(NZ 7733 0129) "c" Undisturbed stony cairn in good preservation,
32ft diameter N-S, 36ft E-W, five feet high.
(NZ 7731 0126) "d" Two circular stony pits, 18ins diameter, 18ins
depression (? excavations). (2)
(NZ 77100130) "e" Stony cairn.
"a", "b" and "c" as described and in fair condition are substantial
mounds, probably round cairns.
The circular pits "d" are natural features similar to others in the
surrounding area.
"e", at NZ 77050132, is a small irregular stony mound, 4.0m diameter
and 0.3m high, which appears to be no more than a denuded clearance
heap.
