Summary : Bronze Age round barrow surviving as an earthwork.
More information : [NZ 52140317] Tumulus [OE] (1) The published survey of this barrow (25" 1913) has been revised. It is a large earth and stone mound averaging 18.0m in diameter the top of which has been flattened, probably by previous excavations. Minor mutilation occurs on its western fringe caused by a moorland drain but in general the barrow is well defined and stands 1.0m in height. No trace of a ditch was observed. (2) NZ 5214 0316. Round barrow 350m W of Green Bank. Scheduled RSM No 25524 (formerly part of NY/527) (3)
