Summary : Two Bronze Age round barrows surviving as earthworks.
More information : ('A' NZ 52370300 and 'B' NZ 52360297) Tumuli (OE) (1) The published survey (25" 1913) of these two barrows, is to be amendedby the field surveyor. They are situated upon bracken covered moorland and both have been centrally mutilated. Barrow 'A' is 15.0m in diameter and 0.8m high whilst 'B' is 12.0m in diameter and 1.2m high with eleven kerb stones around the perimeter. No trace of an outer ditch is visible around either feature. (2) NZ 524030. Two tumuli at Three Lords Stone. 'A' - Tumulus - no dimensions given 'B' - Tumulus, probably cisted or chambered, 3ft high and marked by a kerb, 30-40ft diameter. The "Three Lords Stone" (boundary stone) is situated on its northern perimeter. (3) NZ523029) Barrow incorporating "Three Lords Stone". Scheduled. (4) NZ 5238 0298. Two round barrows 250m SW of Green Bank. Scheduled RSM No 25523. (5)
