(1) [SU 3941 6715] (4a) The complete foundations of a small Roman bath house at Kintbury were revealed by excavation in 1950-1. Flint and fourth century pottery, a few coins and a brooch were found. (2,3) ['B':SU 3946 6713] Mesolithic floor and Romano-British rubbish pits. ['A':SU 3982 6714] Roman pottery found Feb. 1950, by Mr. A.H. Collins. (4) There are no surface indications of any of these sites. The material from all of them is in the possession of Mr. Connah, who confirmed the sitings.
