NZ 1552 6685. This turret probably lies under the road about 150 yards west of the mineral railway crossing at Throckley. (2)
No visible remains. The presumed position of the turret is covered by a modern road. (3)
No evidence for the turret was found in either the 1928 excavation (4a) or in 1983 (4b). There is no surface trace of the turret; grid reference NZ 1552 6685 indicates the measured position only. (4)
