More information : (ST 773447) "In the area of Marston Park evidence
for two deserted Medieval villages has been recovered". (The
co-ordinates are given in a list as being ST 763447, but on a
location map are given nearer to ST 773447. It is suspected that
the latter may be the more correct and that the site may be
associated with Marston Medieval Settlement, ST 74 SE 5) The
photographic archive made 1975-7 is held by Archaeological
Advisors, Park Street, Heytesbury. (1)
