Earthworks and ruins of buildings including a rectangular house and a circular dovecote of an unrecorded deserted medieval settlement were surveyed as part of a Bristol University Extra Mural Department course in November 1975 under the direction of Roger Leech. (No trace of this site at the position given, or near it, on OS APs 1970 and 1971, nor on 2nd ed 6", though the latter does show a long rectangular building, now gone, on a NW-SE axis at ST 50853332).
