Summary : Roman pottery and coins were found in Limington Road between 1961 and 1965.
More information : Roman coins, pottery and fragments of bronze and iron
were revealed by building operations in Limington Road, Ilchester,
between 1961 and '65.

A total of 13 coins from the gardens of numbers 10 and 22, at
ST 5238 2252 and ST 5233 2257 respectively, are in the possession
of Mr. G. Masters (b) They have been identified at Taunton Museum and
include brasses of Constantius, Constantine I and II, Postumus and
Valens (a). (1)
