Summary : Assemblage of two hulked vessels in the inter-tidal zone near the ferry landing on the south side of the River Ore, opposite Orford. Vessel remains were recorded in a survey of 2002.
More information : Assemblage of two hulked vessels located to the east of the ferry landing on the south bank of the River Ore, opposite Orford. The vessel remains are recorded in Suffolk County Council Archaeologcial Service. 2002. Rapid Field Survey of the Suffolk Coast and Intertidal Zone. Everett, L. SCCAS. Site record. July 2002.

The vessels, both in a poor state of repair, comprise:
1 - clinker built. With engine. Wooden cabin cruiser (?), cabin to fore. Approx. 8m long x 3m wide.
2 - Small, not clinker built. Upturned so can't see inside. Approx. 4m x 1m.
