TURRET 36B

DESCRIPTION + /

The site of Roman turret 36B with consolidated masonry. The foundation stones of the turret have been exposed by the excavations within Housesteads Fort on Hadrian's Wall, having been overlain by buildings that were contemporary with the occupation of the fort, and remain to a maximum height of 0.7 metres.
