Summary : Three ten-storey T-plan balcony access blocks built as public housing. Each block contained 60 dwellings, providing 180 dwellings in total. Construction was approved by committee in 1959. Two of the blocks are now demolished.
More information : The blocks were commissioned by Leeds County Borough Council. The Primary address is the address of the surviving block. The other two blocks were located on Eastwood Drive. The exact addresses of these blocks and the date of demoltion are uknown. The Alternate Name is the name that was given to the contract for the development. (1)

The contract for the development was joined with a contract for four twelve-storey blocks on Rycroft Avenue. W J Simms Sons & Cooke Ltd.'s tender for all seven blocks was £467,732 18s. 3d. (2)
