More information : A Second World War military camp is visible as earthworks and structures on historic vertical air photographs at SE2512 9933 on the north side of the village of Bolton on Swale and to the south-east of Scorton Airfield (uid 1409216). These features had all been removed and the southern half of the site built over by the date of the Google Earth photography. (1-2)
