Summary : A possible Bronze Age barrow or burial mound is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs of 1948, ajacent to the west wall of St Nicholas' churchyard (ST 35 NW 7). The barrow is defined by a sub-oval mound which measures up to 4m in length by up to 3m in width. The churchyard wall appears to have encroached on the barrow's eastern side.
More information : A possible Bronze Age barrow or burial mound is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs of 1948, against the west wall of St Nicholas' churchyard, centred at ST 3157 5838 (ST 35 NW 7; HOB UID 192522).

The barrow is defined by a sub-oval mound which measures up to 4m in length by up to 3m in width. The churchyard wall appears to have encroached on the barrow's eastern side.(1)
