Summary : Second World War brick-built, single storey pillbox, with flat concrete roof on which at one side a defence position is built. At the South-East corner of the site at Bempton Grange, Bempton.
More information : Brick-built, single storey pillbox, with flat concrete roof on which at one side a defence position is built. 7 x large embrasures, which have been bricked up to form smaller ones. Steel ladder at doorway to roof. The pillbox is at the SE corner of the site and has the remains of a stove and a hole in the roof for the chimney [it was said to have been used as living quarters].
