Summary : The former airmens' "dining room and institute": a mess and recreational hall, at Manby Airfield. It is a prominent building on the northern side of the airfield between the barracks group and the sergeants' mess. Built between 1936 and 1938 it was executed to a 1935 design by the Air Ministry architect Bulloch. In 2003 the building was recommended for consideration as a possible future Listed Building.

In 2003 English Heritage reccommended Centurion House for consideration for possible future Listed Building status, potentially at Grade II. (1)
