Fort Number 13 of London's Civil War defences, known as Sergeant's Fort, and later as Oliver's Mount. This was in the Mount Row - Farm Street area. Described as a bulwark by Vertue, it was depicted in 1717 as a small rectangle, perhaps a battery.
