Summary : A Dining Room and Institute building at RAF Bicester, built in 1939. It was designed by the Air Ministry architect J.H. Binge, in a style that was conciously modern for its day. It is a brick building with a flat roof. Entrance to the building was through a central doorway. In May 2003 English Heritage Thematic Listing Programme produced a report which recommended its suitability for potential listing as a Grade II Listed Building. |
