More information : Four post-medieval pillow mounds can be seen as earthworks on air photography. Centered at SE 29548 67164, the mounds are cut into and aligned with the underlying ridge and furrow (SE 26 NE 122 UID1380620) that is associated with Markingfield Hall (SE 26 NE 5 UID51868). There are four mounds. The average dimensions are 11m by 6m. (1)
