House, early-mid 19th century, of brick, pebbledashed and colourwashed, with a pantiled It is of a single storey with attics and has a two window front with a two storey gabled porch to the right and additional single storey single bay lean-to to the left. The house was one of a series of buildings which were Gothicised or built in the Gothick style by the Sykes family of West Ella Hall in the early-mid 19th century.
