Summary : 1821 wreck of English craft which was beached at Great Yarmouth, after grounding on the Hod Sand, en route from London and/or Orford to Kingston-upon-Hull; a wooden sailing vessel.
More information : `The JOHNS, of Boston, from Orford to Hull, struck on the Hod Sand, off Scratby, on Friday night, but was got off and carried to Yarmouth Beach, where she sunk.' (1)

`Yarmouth, April 7. The JOHNS, Hawksworth, from London, came on shore near this place, last night, and is likely to be a wreck.' (2)
